Voluntary Donations
NotiFly Go is a minimalist birthday reminder app that is free to use and contains no ads or trackers. Any payments made through the application or website are completely voluntary donations to support the ongoing development, server maintenance, hosting, and API costs of the project.
Since these payments are voluntary support contributions, no physical goods, commercial services, or premium upgrades are sold or delivered in exchange.
Refund Eligibility
Because donations are voluntary contributions, payments are generally considered non-refundable. However, we want to ensure a fair experience for our community:
- Accidental Payments / Errors: If you made an accidental double-transaction or entered an incorrect amount due to a technical error on the payment gateway, you are fully eligible for a refund.
- Unauthorized Charges: If you believe a donation was made from your account without your permission, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and process a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a donation transaction, please email us directly with the details below within 7 days of the transaction:
- The email address associated with the payment.
- The Razorpay Payment ID or Transaction Reference Number.
- The date, time, and exact amount of the transaction.

Processing Timeline
Once we receive your refund request and verify the transaction details:
- We will review and approve the request within 24 to 48 hours.
- Refunds are processed back through Razorpay directly to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Card, or Wallet).
- The amount will typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's or card issuer's policies.
